Nursery time

this is the second day that I have more time and energy for other things after princess's arrival.. I slept 2 3-hr intervals last night, pretty good. This nursery period marks the beginning of parenthood. Yes finally, starting to be a mom, and will never be the care free single me ever again. for the last 13 days.. well i should say, last 10 days, after we got discharged from Adventis. The real life began, taking care of this lit baby of ours. yes kinda stressful, not knowing what is the best... but very enjoyable!! her lit smile..giggle.. definitely has made our days. Lit princess loves playing with daddy.. she would look into his eyes and enjoys whatever daddy is saying to her. On the other hand, princess also finds out the last 2 days that mommy is not just a milk cow! haha .. anyway. i need to thank my darling wholeheartedly for his support from labour to now.. and into our future. I really really appreciate it. And of cuz the effort of all the godmoms! and my aunt Heidi... thx so much...i mean it... thx a billion!!!!

i will update the blog soon.. when i have more time.. but it wouldn't be in the near future i guess.. :p

Bonjour bébé!!

Tiger babe will have many frens and relatives of similar age. Here's the baby of my French cousin....new born :) so very cute... We will need to make travel plans soon. The next to come is either my cousin in HK's babe or baby of my fren in Wales.. both will be due later in May... Then there will be my Aussie family's babe in late June!

WOW.. i am so excited...

Mini Fridge

I have been studying a lot about child birth and breastfeeding lately :) this morning my big boss suggested me to get myself a mini fridge, you know.... once I start working again, I will need to pump and store milk! So i search through the internet for available mini fridge in HK. And WOW! there are so many choices and they look so cute, I thought mini fridges are like what Godmum Amy has...MICKEY MOUSE fridge .. and no.. there are more to choose :) hmm... one more toy to go :) hee~

Baby Shopping

This weekend is the planned baby shopping weekend with Godmom Amy :) While Tiger babe Dad and I could not decide on which crib to get last time at the South Horizon Plaza, I am going to have a look at the choices again! And hopefully I can also get the bath and dresser off the list after this weekend!

Tiger babe dad has collected a stroller and a carrier from a fren (save some cash!!) and we have decided to get the 0-36 months Bloom chair. We still have quite a lot of items in the list to go. Some basic essential like bottle steriliser...is still in the list ~_~!!

I suppose I should get more of the shopping done during easter weekend as that will be the last long holiday before due date :)

Perhaps I should get my cousin a lit gift too. her babe is due in mid May... so soon :)

Books for Babes

I found a book castle at Lee Garden Two where we could get a whole lot of intellectual items for baby and tots, i.e., flash cards, soft books, hard covers, puzzles and even building blocks. I am so happy, I got a lit pack of flashcard for myself too, so the items offered range from bump to tots!! Can't wait to bring Tiger babe there in future!!
